- Harmony Bay Special Care Unit – The very best in Alzheimer and
Dementia care! Harmony Bay is designed to meet individual Resident’s
needs for short-term respite care of long-term care. It is designed to
provide a loving, safe, supportive environment, while maintaining optimum
health, independence, and dignity. Our program, through trained, caring
staff, provides Residents with life-enriching activities which emphasize
the abilities of Residents and optimizes their quality of life during this
transitional time.
- Rejuvenation Bay Sub-Acute Rehab Unit – This is
a uniquely comprehensive unit for individuals whose independence has been
reduced due to an illness,
injury, operation, or chronic condition. Our unit encourages a systematic
return to maximum potential. In addition to specialized physical, occupational,
and speech therapy services, we offer a plan which incorporates rehabilitation
goals into every aspect of Resident care and every activity in which our
Residents participate. This totally integrated unit helps Residents reach
and maintain their highest potential, often allowing them to return to
their community setting.
- Hospice Unit - Our Hospice Program is designed to provide compassion and support to Residents and families as they enter their final phase of a terminal illness. Sheridan Health & Rehab Center has recently created a Hospice Unit where Residents can spend their final months in as comfortable and pain free manner as possible. Our facility uses a team approach to enhance the Resident's quality of life. Come and see our newly appointed and remodeled rooms and find out why Sheridan is recommended by many Hospice companies.
- Harmony Bay Special Care Unit - Our staff will come out to your home to do a pre-admission assessment.
- Hemodialysis Unit - We have opened a six chair in-house unit, run by Fresenius.
